Meet the Team
Jodi is the creator, visionary, and owner of Jewelweed. Her generosity, wisdom, and love for nature and people are behind everything that happens in the shop. She is a true woman of heart, and her integrity is felt through every product we carry.
She loves being near the water and with the plants, and could spend her whole life in her garden! Jodi is also an herbalist, interior designer, mother of three boys, life coach, and lover of crystals.

Berit brings warmth, fun, and is a knowledgeable presence at Jewelweed - we feel lucky every day to have her as our store manager! She felt the call to work at Jewelweed in 2019 and bought three special stones: Citrine, Kambaba Jasper, and Blue Apatite. She didn't know much about crystals or herbs before meeting Jodi, but she dabbled in astrology and had always felt connected with the moon. She came again and again to the shop, gathering more inspiration each time, and when she saw we were hiring, she immediately threw her name in the ring. She says: "Applying to Jewelweed was one of the best decisions I ever made, and it truly changed the entire trajectory of my life." Berit is also versed in astrology, loves her cats, Tonks and Dinah, and reading by any body of water.

Francine works remotely behind-the-scenes and is our writer + communication and online store wizardess. She brings her love for words, magic, and practical creativity to our team. Francine is also a somatic awareness teacher as well as a mixed media artist. Originally from France, she lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, their two teenagers, a howling dog, a curious cat, a few snakes, and a wild garden.
