$79.00
Sunday, July 13th / 9am-12pm
Self-expression and a creative practice are an important component of our vitality and have the power to restore our well-being. During this workshop, we will connect creatively with our own souls to retrieve something important and bring it to life.
- We will practice simple techniques for soul-retrieving and self-expression that are restorative and healing.
- Every participant will create a pocket-sized piece that will enliven their dreams and empower their connection to their own soul.
- We will spend time in creative community, weaving our connection to the whole.
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?”
-Gabrielle Roth
